About this Special Issue
We believe that the articles collected in this Special Issue will inform readers from the fields of pathology, genetics and pulmonary oncology of the practical use of predictive tissue markers and motivate their further implementation in daily practice to ensure the best outcomes and quality of life for lung cancer patients.
Editors of this Special Issue invite authors to share the results of their research in the routine administration of personalized treatment and its outcomes after the use of predictive tissue markers in small cell and non-small cell lung carcinoma cases. Potential areas of interest may include, but are not limited to:
● New predictive tissue markers for pulmonary oncology.
● Findings of routine administration of personalized treatment
● Findings from trials of personalized biological therapy along with standard chemotherapy
● Immunotherapy and its correlation to tests performed on tissue materials.
Even though abstract submission is not mandatory, we encourage all interested researchers to submit an abstract before submitting their manuscript.
